IS AN EXTENSION TO OUR INFORMAL (leadership/mentorship) PROGRAMS WHICH INCLUDES DEM MENTORS AND PYC THAT PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR PARTICIPANTS TO DREAM, TO ASK, TO QUESTION, AND TO NOT LOSE ONE'S IDENTITY IN CHRIST AS THEY BEGIN TO ENTER INTO THE WORLD.
Expressing yourself comes in many forms and ways. We encourage our beneficiaries to find a voice that's unique to their experience. Whether creatively, free - thought, or voicing their opinion, we welcome all to respect the individual first.

Your value systems are often built in the communities you partake in. Whether its a community you were born in, or a village you made a decision to be apart of, your growth starts and is often fulfilled here.
In order to lead, you must first know who you are internally. With a strong foundation to persevere, individuals allow themselves to extend the hope connected to true leadership. When individuals build within, they are then able to build what surrounds them.
(YOTM) is a program that encourages youth, young adults, and adults to find a balance between self, work, and play in order to create a bridge of efficient and effective leaders.
We equip our participants with the necessary tools to thrive by providing support groups, networking opportunities, and volunteer opportunities.
After each session, YOTM groups are rotated around to experience life in the real world.
